Ryan Hemsworth & Lucas “Angel” Video

For Ryan Hemsworth, the passion for discovering new artists is akin to an obsession with catching new Pokemon. For his Secret Songs series, Hemsworth taps rising artists the globe over to promote via his net-based label. Of those new artists, chances are that he’ll get along with one enough to organically put out an EP. That’s just what happened last year with Seattle producer Lucas.

After releasingTaking Flight last October, we finally get a visual for the lead single “Angel.” It opens with a DIY feel to it, then moves to more professional shots of underwater wildlife and forests that alternate on beat. The slow motion dancing in the aquarium and nature sequences match the audio honey that drips from the speakers into your brain.

You can purchase the EP on iTunes.
