Ralph Lauren P-Wing and Stadium 1992 Graphic 2018

Ralph Lauren Brings Back ‘P-Wing’ and ‘Stadium 1992’ Graphics

Yesterday Ralph Lauren finally brought back designs that many of its old school fans have been waiting for. For its Spring/Summer 2018 Purple Label collection, Ralph has returned to its revered ’90s aesthetic and brought back the ‘P-Wing’ and ‘Stadium 1992’ graphics.

For Lo heads, the P-Wing and Stadium 1992 are some of the most sought after items and are no longer in production. The images from Ralph’s show in Milan yesterday has been making the rounds on Instagram.

As some IG commenters pointed out, the reissued Stadium graphic is far less detailed than the original. The hurdling man illustration is missing a lot and the shirt also doesn’t feature the OG “Polo” logo on the left side.

The price tag for these shirts will definitely be unreasonably high since it’s Purple Label. But the fact that Ralph has actually done this shows the brand isn’t completely deaf to its loyal and dedicated fanbase. Still, it would’ve been much greater fan service if Ralph just released the damn things exactly the way they were. If you’ve got the bread though, there are still eBay and Instagram sellers with the originals.
