PREMIERE: The Invisibl Skratch Piklz Are “Fresh Out of FVCKS”

Remember when DJs used to play vinyl and scratch records? That seemingly lost art of turntablism lives on with the Invisibl Skratch Piklz. The always mutating supergroup that now consists of DJs Qbert, Shortkut, and D-Styles is back at it and proud to announce their first ever, full-length album, The 13th Floor, on Alpha Pup Records.

Fusing elements of jazz, rock, and hip hop, the album was created using three mixers and three turntables. It truly shows just how talented the trio is and how flawlessly they transform their electric components into veritable musical instruments.

The scratch crew blessed Mass Appeal with a premiere of “Fresh Out of FVCKS,” the first single off the new LP, which is out September 9.
