Dave East Creeps With a Mob Boss’ Daughter in “My Dirty Little Secret” Video

Dave East is no slouch when it comes to dropping music videos. Even his East mixes—“Mask Off,” “Free Smoke,” “Push It”—have quick, homemade videos for his fans. Flood the e-streets with new music, as they say.

Today, the Harlem rapper returns with a visual for “My Dirty Little Secret,” the next look from his new album Paranoia. East, playing himself, is attracted to a waitress at a Chinese restaurant, but he doesn’t know she’s the daughter of a dangerous leader of a crime syndicate. Still, that doesn’t stop East from dodging her father’s security, and getting intimate with her.

East’s plans of running away with the waitress are foiled when her father and his men find them in a back alley. After she’s yanked from Dave East’s ride, the rapper exchanges looks with her dad before the video ends, setting up a possible future continuation of the story.
