Waka Flocka Flame DJ Whoo Kid Fishcenter Hancock

Watch Waka Flocka’s Fish Tank Play By Play

Adult Swim is best known for their oddball, slightly skewed sense of humor. From anti-humor sketch comedy shows like Tim & Eric Awesome Show, Great Job! to anti-talk show The Eric Andre Show, the network is the home of uncomfortable, forward-thinking comedy. Unsurprisingly, their website is no different. It may, in fact, be a little bit stranger.

Case in point: Fishcenter Live, a show featuring four commentators who play games with their office fish tank using video overlay and live callers, enlisted Waka Flocka Flame and DJ Whoo Kid to help commentate their show last Thursday. The results were nothing short of hilarious.

Fishcenter Live’s usual commentators, Matt, Max, Dave and Choe, welcomed Waka Flocka Flame and DJ Whoo Kid to the show as video showed the duo sitting on a couch together, watching the fish tank players compete and talking with live callers. Waka Flocka Flame and DJ Whoo Kid saw Fishcenter all-stars Th’Lump, Eel Hamburger and Mom compete in games of “Coinquest,” and later were amused to find the commentators bring out Flocka-influenced games for callers to play, like “Stocka Phlocka,” in which callers are shown stock photos and have to guess the stock image’s title to win points for their favorite fish.

The dynamic of Flocka, Whoo Kid and the usual Fishcenter commentators may sound awkward, and in fact they were, in all right ways. At one point DJ Whoo Kid went on a rant about his ex-wife and why they broke up (“Menopause sex is horrible. You ever used, like, a Brillo pad on a pan?”) Flocka vents about how often Whoo Kid used to watch Star Wars (“I thought he was fucking weird when I met him. For two years he watched Star Wars every day.”) and later admits to eating edibles before the show started. The two also take as many shots at white people as possible.

Flock and Whoo Kid end their appearance with a two-song performance for employees inside Adult Swim offices that’s super uncomfortable, awkward, yet still pretty hype.

Those of you who want to watch Waka Flocka Flame and DJ Whoo Kid join the Fishcenter commentator ranks can stream Thursday’s episode at Fishcenter.com. The episode will be available until this Thursday when a newer episode bumps it out of rotation. Catch Fishcenter Live weekdays from 4PM-5PM EST streaming live on AdultSwim.com.
