PREMIERE: Czarface is Back with a New Album ‘A Fistful Of Peril’ and Release “Two In The Chest”

Your favorite antiheroes are back. Inspectah Deck, 7L, and Esoteric have entered the booth once more after their two, highly lauded albums for a new entry in their catalog. After Marvel reached out to them for a song for its Black Panther web series, a string of sessions that included playing beats, talking comics, video games, and pop culture followed, laying the groundwork for A Fistful Of Peril (11/4). And now we are on the precipice of a 13-track project that includes features from Conway The Machine, Meyhem Lauren, and graffiti legend Rast RFC. You can pre-order the album in multiple formats through Get On Down. They’ll have it on CD, vinyl, and a bundle package that includes a t-shirt.

Their second single from the new album is chock full of comic references, bully bars, and a mixed bag of flows. The production from 7L, who handles the beats throughout the album, sounds like a Rage Against the Machine beat on lean. You can listen to the single below, as well as read quotes from the three members on their thoughts for the new album. We also included the tracklisting for A Fistful Of Peril, alternate covers for the album, and the Black Panther video that features the first single, “All In Together Now.”

“Linking with Marvel definitely activated that super soldier serum. The creative fuel we got from collaborating with one of Czarface’s biggest inspirations had us blasting through tracks on a rampage, and it’s showcased on this record.” – Esoteric

“We just went in, played beats, and bounced ideas off each other and ran with it. No real plan or execution for the songs. Just bugging out.” – 7L

“Czarface is like that danger room mentality so when we link we creating something spontaneous.” – Inspectah Deck

Altogether, they sum up A Fistful Of Peril in one word: “Excelsior!”
