A Higher Power Watches Over MIKE in New “God’s With Me” Video

If you’re still slacking and have yet to listen to the incredible bars of one of New York’s youngest and most talented rappers, it’s time to get off of SoundClout and turn your ears to MIKE. The young, city-bred MC is one of many underground artists that are changing the sound of New York right now, and today MIKE shares some intimate visuals for “God’s With Me,” the emotional closer to his latest project By The Water

Directed by Fons Schiedon, the video was filmed with a drone to give the viewer a bird’s eye view of MIKE moving through the city streets. It’s that typical New York street scene, stepping out on the block, dapping up your homies and making your way up to a good old roof.

MIKE is currently on tour in the U.K. and will perform his last show tonight at the Omeara nightclub in London with a special guest. His latest EP is also available on vinyl today and can be purchased here. And when you’re done checking the above, don’t sleep on the video for “Wait For Me,” also from By The Water, below.
