Joe Budden Holds It Down On Funkmaster Flex Freestyle #008

Joe Budden has found himself at the center of the meme universe after those damn kids unexpectedly paid him a visit at his home. But like the true emcee he is, he lets his bars speak for him to clear the air of all the nonsense surrounding his name.

Never on schedule but right on time, Funkmaster Flex invited Joe to try his hand at his Freestyle series. This time Flex chose Fabolous’ “Breathe.” Joe doesn’t take any direct shots at Drake but rather focuses in on flexing his wordplay and pop culture references: “You n*ggas ran off on the plug/Not me, I stayed right there…” He also shouts out Fabolous, Araabmuzik, his fans, and Jersey.

Let’s see if he follows through with his bet to record close to 25 diss tracks aimed at Drake for that $10K.
